There was a time when I would breath through my nose with my mouth closed when running. When I had to learn how to breath through my mouth. It was hard at first but we tend to find a rhythm and then we zone out some how and don’t think about our breaths. Some of us do. Some of us are still learning how to manage breathing so it doesn’t impact your pace, form and patterns when running.
